I'm getting on well anyway, basically. Yesterday was really sunny and I went into town and wandered around. Felt really really homesick and then I got lost and ended up wandering the island for ages before two nice men at a petrol station offered to let me borrow their bike and when I refused because I knew i'd never find my way back to return it, they pointed me in the right direction home. Then, I cycled into town and met the girls and Ross at the ferry. They stayed here last night and we had some nice pasta and made chicken on the BBQ. Ed has been really obliging and says they can stay for a while until they find work. He also has another spare room in the basement that he has offered to them to live in, which is great because it's really cheap and the basement is amazing. There's three guys living down there at the moment who are working at the golf course caddying and they're very friendly and nice.
The others are gone job hunting now so I'm just at home doing some practice. Going on a fishing trip later with people from The Jetties and The Even Keel. Should be fun! Poor fishies :(
Back to Hyannis in the morning to get my social security sorted out and buy some make up :D
Will post up some photos tomorrow.
No sign of my little nephew/niece yet. Not long now, I imagine!
